The Certificate in Leadership and Peace Building is a one-year (ZQF Level 5) program that develops core skills in leadership, conflict resolution, and peace building. It uses a blended two-phase structure: the first six months cover foundational theory through lectures, seminars, group discussions, and assignments; the next six months involve supervised practical attachments in community organizations, NGOs, or government agencies.
