Dr. Raymond L. Young - Chancellor and Presiding Bishop

Dr. Young has been studying the Revelation of Jesus Christ for over 25 years. He has been in the ministry for over 35 years and is a teacher, prophet and apostle in the body of Christ, consistently walking in signs, wonders and miracles as he ministers to the Body of Christ. Dr. Young is also a professional educator who bring years of experience in ICOF and was appointed faculty professor at a university for 18 years, heading up his own department and teaching both computer science and business courses.

He further brings integrity and honest to this great movement as a former business owner of a software development company which generated as much as $250,000.00 in sales in a single year. He is also a President and founder of Final Great Awakening Ministries, the Global Revival Network (www.globalrevivalnet.org) and the Global Revival Network Bible College. Dr. Kathy Jean Pruett- Vice President Administration

Dr. Kathy she is a certified Nursing Home Healthcare Assistant’s Certificate through Life care Centers, Cleveland Tennessee, 1990, receiving CNA license in 1991. Attended Vincennes University in Jasper, Indiana for Medical Coding and Terminology in 1992-93. Worked (1993) at the French Lick Villas Homeowners’ Association and Trained at Olsten Staffing Services to qualify as a professional bookkeeper. Obtained Certificate in Iridology from Dr. Ruben Schwartz, Amish Doctor, in 1996. Also in 1996 Kathy Jean Pruett (then Mundy) was awarded a Bachelors Degree in Pastoral Counseling from the Trinity Institute of Christian Counseling in Harvest, AL. Obtained Honorary Doctorates in the Philosophy of Naturopathy and Reflexology in 1998 from the Progressive Universal Life Church. Honorary Doctorate in Ministry from the Universal Life Church, also in 1998. Attended Ivy Tech State College from 2002 until 2005, obtaining an AA Degree in Human Services. Also at Ivy Tech, she attended classes for Professional Real Estate Sales, receiving her license from the State of Indiana in 2004. Worked as a Student LPN at the Green Valley Nursing Center through Ivy Tech State College. Attended Ottawa University in Jeffersonville, Indiana, (2005) where she studied Organizational Psychology, transferring to Ashford University in Clinton Iowa, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology in 2009. Attended Grand Canyon University of Phoenix AZ from 2010 to 2014, where she studied professional counselling. Unable to obtain an internship in the area of Jeffersonville, she switched faculties, continuing at GCU and earning a Master of Arts Degree in Christian Studies with an emphasis in Pastoral Ministry. Currently attending Grand Canyon University’s PhD program as a Doctor in the Philosophy of General Psychology with an emphasis in Cognition and Instruction; geared towards teaching and research at the University Level. In East Africa .He has over 12 years in lecturing with experience from India, Malawi Zambia and currently in Ethiopia. He brings to ICOF School of Social Work and Social science vast teaching practices best for online and distance learning. Dr. Lingam is highly motivated and qualified with 13 years of effective teaching experience including 3 years in Africa and psychiatric social work in mental health at the undergraduate and post graduate level. Research and Clinical experience in psychiatric social work in the field of mental health over 15 years. High level exposure in multi disciplinary team approach in the process of psychiatric

treatment for mentally ill patients. Excellent skills in writing the project proposal in psychiatric social work in mental health. My strengths are outstanding teaching and research experience, clinical experience, and ability to work as part of a team of academic staff. He holds Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Psychiatric Social Work,
